OpenAI's Tibo confirms Codex Pro usage: no 5-hour limits, and 10x, 20x and 50x Plus on Pro 100, 200 and 500

OpenAI's Codex lead, Thibault Sottiaux (Tibo), has now stated the ChatGPT Pro usage multipliers in one place. In a November 8 post at 05:09 UTC, answering what he called "some confusions," he wrote that every Pro plan has no five-hour limits, and that usage compared with Plus is 10× on Pro 100, 20× on Pro 200 and 50× on Pro 500, with Pro 500 also getting access to ultrafast.

Saw some confusions, but all Pro plans have no 5-hour limits, and give the following usage compared to Plus.

✅ Pro 100 = 10X
✅ Pro 200 = 20X
✅ Pro 500 = 50X, access to ultrafast

This is a clarification, not a new reset and not a new doubling. On October 29 we reported that Sottiaux had doubled Codex and Work usage limits for all Pro tiers and Business Premium, and had called off a planned cut for grandfathered Pro 200 subscribers. That announcement did not publish a full set of multipliers. The one figure he confirmed in a reply that day was that the $500 plan gets 50×; we inferred that Pro 200 would land at about 20× Plus, the old grandfathered level, and we did not have an official number for Pro 100.

Sunday's post fills those gaps: 10×, 20× and 50×, matching the reading we took of the October doubling, and states outright that Pro plans have no five-hour windows. Plus and the non-Premium Business plans are not mentioned, so nothing here changes what we know about them. The post also does not say whether the multipliers apply only to Codex and Work or to every Pro usage meter, and it does not give raw token or message allowances — only the multiples relative to Plus.
